Anais Nin
February 21, 1903 – January 14, 1977

Anais Nin was a French-Cuban writer.

She was born in France but she spent most of her life in the United States and she is considered an American Writer.

She is considered one of the most controversial writers of the twentieth century; she was a charming, cosmopolitan and elegant woman who grew up between Europe and New York and she created a stir with the publication of her short stories with erotic content.

Her best known work is probably "Diary", a collection of autobiographical writings.
