Jonathan Swift
30 November 1667 – 19 October 1745

Jonathan Swift was an Irish satirist, essayist, poet and cleric.

He is probably the foremost prose satirist in the English language, and is less well known for his poetry.

"A man should never be ashamed to own that he has been in the wrong, which is but saying... that he is wiser today than yesterday."

Jonathan Swift

“May you live all the days of your life.”

Jonathan Swift
